Terms of use

WiredMAIL provides organisations and individuals with a web-based tool to collect visitor e-mail addresses and to create, send, and manage online e-mail communication and campaigns. Like most tools, it can be used for good and evil. We act in a responsible manner, using best-practice principles when building and maintain the tool, and we expect our customers to do the same when using it.

Just to be clear though, here are the terms and conditions for use of the WiredMAIL system.

Customer code of conduct

You must complete the registration process and agree to the Terms of Use. All contact information you submit must be true, complete, and up-to-date.

By checking the "I have read the Terms of Use conditions, and I accept these terms and conditions" box on the Signup page, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and conditions and will abide by them.

WiredMAIL reserves the right to refuse service or to terminate accounts for any user, and to change eligibility requirements at any time, at its discretion.

Once signed-up and online, you may use the WiredMAIL service to collect visitor e-mail addresses and to create, send, and manage online e-mail campaigns.

This service may not be used for the sending of unsolicited e-mail or spam – please see our Anti-Spam Policy.

You will not incorporate into your WiredMAIL emails any text, photos, graphics or other content that is not created by you (or where you have been given a valid license from the owner of the proprietary rights in such content), not provided by us for you to incorporate into your email, or you are not otherwise permitted to use.

You will not include in any emails created or sent using our service, any misleading or incorrect name, address, email address, subject line or any other misleading or incorrect information.

You will not send through WiredMAIL any material that contains sexually related text, photographs or other content, or content that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, threatening, abusive or hateful.

You will not share your username and password.
